Our prediction for this FIFA Club World Cup match:
Wydad Casablanca and Urawa Reds face each other at Hazza Bid Zayed Stadium in the FIFA Club World Cup 5th place play-offs. Wydad Casablanca were more than unfortunate not to make it to the semis of the tournament as they were beaten by Pachuca in the extra time in Saturday’s football match. The Moroccans are low on confidence ahead of the Urawa Reds game and we are not tempted to put our money on Lhoussaine Ammouta’s troops. Urawa Reds aim to bounce back from a heartbreaking 1-0 loss to Al Jazira and seeing that the Japanese sides leave their hearts on the field in every single match, away win should be considered. It has to be noted that Urawa produced a fine display in the defeat to Al Jazira, but they failed to turn their dominance into goals and that is the main reason why they did not make it to the semis.
Highlighted Player (Ismail El Haddad):
Ismail El Haddad is a Moroccan footballer who started his career at the youth team of Wydad Casablanca. El Haddad, who was born in Casablanca, Morocco on August 3, 1990, played for the likes of TAS and Hassania Agadir at senior level before returning to Wydad Casablanca in 2015.
The 178-cm tall winger, whose preferred foot is left, won the national championship with the Kings of Titles in the 2016/2017 season and he played for the Moroccan club at the 2017 FIFA Club World Cup. Ismail El Haddad made his Morocco debut on October 11, 2016 in a 4-0 win over Canada.
El Haddad started the game, but he was substituted by Ismail H’Maidat in the 74th minute of the friendly game. His main position is left wing, but he can play as a right winger as well. El Haddad’s contract with Wyad Casablanca should expire in June 2020.
