Our football match prediction:
Peru and Chile, the two South American sides, face each other at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami in a friendly game. Peru aim to make amends for back-to-back losses to the likes of Netherlands and Germany, whilst Chile want to return to winning ways after sharing the spoils with the likes of Poland and Korea Republic. The Peruvians failed to impress at the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals, but their performances in the defeats to Netherlands and Germany were anything but poor. A man to watch in Ricardo Gareca’s team will be Cristian Cueva, while Peru defenders should have Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal at bay. Alexis Sanchez will be rested in Saturday’s football match and that is probably the main reason why we predict the two teams are going to play out a draw at Hard Rock Stadium this time out.
Highlighted Player (Paolo Hurtado):
Paolo Hurtado is a Peru international who plays for Vitoria Guimaraes in Primeira Liga. Hurtado was born on July 27, 1990 in Callao, Peru and he is a product of Alianza Lima football school. The pacey winger, who is capable of playing as a centre-forward as well, continued playing for Allianza Lima at senior level and it has to be noted that he scored 14 goals in 83 appearances in the league for los Blanquiazules. After playing 21 games on loan at Juan Aurich, Paolo Hurtado moved to Portugal, signing a deal with Pacos Fereira. The Peruvian attacker quickly established himself as the team’s key player and he played for the club from 2012 to 2015. In 2015 he decided to take his career to the next level as he joined Championship side Reading. However, after failing to adapt to the new surroundings, Paolo Hurtado returned to Portugal and signed a loan deal with Vitoria Guimaraes. On July 20, 2017 the Peruvian footballer joined the Primeira Liga side permanently.

Highlighted Team (Chile):

The Chilean Football Federation has been established in 1895 while Chile’s first-ever international game was a 3-1 loss to Argentina in 1910. The two countries formed a remarkable rivalry over the years and it was exactly against Argentina that Chile won their last major trophy – a 2015 Copa America title. Prior to their 2015 title Chile had been runners-up in the competition on four different occasions. Chile triumphed in a dramatic final on penalty kicks to reach their first tournament championship. In a symbolic turn of events, Chile start their 2016 Copa America Centenario with a rematch against Argentina. The most capped player of the Chile national team is Barcelona goalkeeper who has past his 100-match mark with the squad he has been a part of since 2004. Former Lazio and Juventus striker, the legendary Marcelo Salas is the leading scorer with 37 goals to his name. Key player to the current set up is Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez who has been the team’s leader on the pitch since 2006.
