Our prediction for this match:
Jiangsu Suning and Southampton face each other at Xuzhou Olympic Sports Centre Stadium at the Club Super Cup. The Saints head into the match following a 3-3 draw with Schalke and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. Dusan Tadic is no longer part of the team, but Southampton coach Mark Hughes has a number of high-profile players to choose from. One of the men to watch in the Premier League side will be Redmond, who found the net in the 3-3 draw with die Knappen. Jiangsu Suning, on the other hand, played out a goalless draw with Guangzhou R&F in the first leg of the Chinese FA Cup and seeing that they are in the middle of the season, there is every chance coach Cosmin Olaroiu will mix the squad against Southampton. Taking everything into account, there is a big value in betting on the Saints.
Highlighted Player (Fraser Forster):

Originating from Hexham, Fraser Forster is an English goalkeeper who spent his early career at Newcastle United, but surprisingly did not make a single Premier League appearance during the seven years at St James’ Park. Forster first showed promise during the loan spell with Norwich City, but it was the stint with Celtic that earned him wide acclaim and saw him become an England international.
After spending four years at Parkhead, the highly rated goalkeeper returned to the Premier League to sign for Southampton and he has since acted as club’s number one goalkeeper. Forster has been a member of the England national team since 2013, usually acting as a back up for Joe Hart, making a handful of appearances in international friendlies.
Forster was in the Three Lions squad at the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2016, and with quite a few of good years in front of him, the towering goalkeeper should get the opportunity to win few more England caps before he retires from football.
Highlighted Team (Southampton):

Southampton are an English football club that have been playing their home games at St Mary's Stadium since 2001. The Saints were based at The Dell in the past and the capacity of Southampton’s new stadium is 32,505. Southampton wear red and white striped shirts and the colour of the team’s away kit is navy and green.
The Saints have yet to win the Premier League trophy, but they did well to clinch the FA Cup title back in 1976, while participating in the final of the prestigious competition in 1900, 1902 and 2003. Southampton outplayed Manchester United in the 1976 FA Cup final and that is probably the club’s greatest victory ever.
The club are well known for their football academy and Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale is one of the players who began their football carrier at the St. Mary’s Stadium outfit. Southampton’s fiercest rivals are Portsmouth and the two teams square off against each other in the South Coast Derby.
