Our prediction for this match:
Werder Bremen play host to Villarreal at their Westerstadion in a pre-season friendly. Die Werderaner are undefeated in previous three warm-up games, but it has to be noted that they have been struggling in front of goal of late. Under 2.5 goals were scored in each of their last five friendly games, meaning that we should not expect a real football festival in Bremen. Villarreal, on the other hand, are eager to make amends for a 2-1 loss to Wolverhampton and we predict that they are going to take Saturday’s friendly very seriously. The Yellow Submarine are more of a team than die Werderaner and we believe that the La Liga are going to emerge triumphant in the Weserstadion clash. You should bear in mind that Werder Bremen and Villarreal meet for the first time ever in a friendly game.

Davy Klaassen is a product of Ajax’s youth academy. He played for the Amsterdammers at youth level from 2004 to 2012 and he made his debut for the senior team against Olympique Lyon in the Champions League group stages. Klaassen was born on 22 February, 1993 in Hilversum, Netherlands and he plays as an attacking midfielder.
He is capable of playing as a secondary striker as well and it has to be noted that the Dutch footballer scored 13 goals in 31 league appearances for Ajax in the 2015/2016 Eredivisie campaign. Klaassen has four caps for Netherlands U21 team and he made his debut for the first team on 5 March, 2014 in a friendly against France.
