Our prediction for this League 2 match:
Bolton will be looking to make amends for a 2-0 loss to Colchester United when they take on Newport County on Matchday 3. The club chiefs have yet to overcome the financial crisis, and, as a result, the Trotters kicked off the new League Two campaign with two consecutive defeats. Bolton have yet to find the net in the 2020/21 campaign, but the game against Newport could be the turning point for the famous English club.
The Exiles, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-1 win over Barrow. It is well known that Newport are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but given their anything but impressive away record in the League Two, punters can find value in betting on the Trotters, who are desperate to give fans something to cheer about. Experienced attacker Nathan Delfouenso will be the man to watch in the home team.
