Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
After holding Olympique Lyon to a 1-1 draw at Groupama Stadium, Bordeaux will be looking to put an end to their three-game winless run in the Ligue 1 when they welcome Caen at their Stade Matmut-Atlantique. Les Girondins are stuck in the middle of the standings ahead of Matchday 13, but they are seen as hot favourites to win Sunday’s football match against Caen. Fabien Mercadal’s troops, on the other hand, suffered three defeats in previous four league fixtures and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Bordeaux’s party at Stade Matmut-Atlantique. Caen have been slipping down the standings and seeing that they scored only one goal in previous four league games, we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed. In their last meeting in Bordeaux Caen emerged triumphant, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.

Highlighted Player (Milan Gajic):

Milan Gajic is a product of OFK Beograd youth academy. The pacey right back, who was born in Vukovar (Croatia) on January 28, 1996 scored four goals in 46 appearances for OFK Beograd from 2013 to 2015 and on July 22, 2015 he signed a five-year deal with Ligue 1 side Bordeaux.
Milan Gajic is a youth international for Serbia and he represented the Eagles at the 2017 European Championship. The Serbs failed to impress at the tournament in Poland, with the team losing to Portugal and Spain in Group B, while sharing the spoils with Macedonia. Gajic was a starter in matches against Portugal and Macedonia, but he missed the Spain clash with injury.
In 2015, though, Milan Gajic did well to win the FIFA U20 World Cup with Serbia as Veljko Paunovic’s men outplayed Brazil in the title game. His main position is right-back (full-back), but he is capable of playing both central and right midfielder. Milan Gajic made 14 appearances for Bordeaux in the 2016/2017 Ligue 1 campaign.
Highlighted Team (Caen):

Caen are a French football club that compete in Ligue 1. Caen were founded in 1913 under the name of The Stade Malherbe Caennais and back then Stade de Venoix was the club’s home ground. Nowadays SMC play their home games at Stade Michel d’Ornano and the capacity of the venue is 20.453.
Caen finished the 1991/1992 Ligue 1 campaign in fifth position in the standings, 14 points behind champions Marseille and that is considered the club’s best result in the French top flight. In 2005 Caen made it to the Coupe de la Ligue final, but Strasbourg proved to be a big catch for Patrick Remy’s troops.
The Stade Michel d’Ornano outfit play their home games in red shirts with blue stripes (vertical), while gray and black are their away colours. Nicolas Seube is the club’s most capped player and it has to be noted that he made no less than 477 appearances for SMC during his spell with the club.
