Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Bordeaux and Lille take on each other at Stade Matmut-Atlantique in what is expected to be one of the most entertaining games of Wednesday’s program. Bordeaux regained a much-need confidence thanks to a 3-1 win over Guingamp at the weekend and it has to be noted that they scored six goals in total in previous two league fixtures. Les Dogues, on the other hand, made a flying start to the season and, as a result, they sit in the second place in the Ligue 1 standings ahead of the trip to Bordeaux. Lille are eyeing their third consecutive win in the national championship, but seeing that les Girondins have been in a fine form of late, we predict that the two sides are going to play out a high-scoring draw in the midweek fixture. Taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score.

Highlighted Player (François Kamano):

Guinea international Francis Kamano is a flamboyant attacking midfielder who plays for the Ligue 1 side Bordeaux. Best fitted hugging the touchline on the left side of the pitch, Kamano is a versatile asset who covers a wide area and takes part in both defensive and attacking duties.
Francois Kamano likes to cut inside and break opposition lines with one-twos and short passes. Kamano started his career at Bastia in 2014 and moved to Bordeaux two years later. A Guinea international since 2015, Francois Kamano is a technically astute player who enjoys taking on players and dribbling his way through opposition.
Still a young footballer, Kamano has emerged as one of the key players for Bordeaux. He hit the ground running in the 2018/19 campaign and hopes to maintain it throughout the season to possibly secure a big-club move at the end of the term.
Highlighted Team (Lille):

Lille have been playing an important role in French football ever since they were founded in 1944. Les Dogues won their first domestic trophy in the 1945/1946 season.
Lille did well to win their second Ligue 1 title in 1954 and 57 years later they lifted their last domestic title. Les Douges finished the 2010/2011 season in top position in the standings, eight points clear of second-placed Olympique Marseille and it has to be noted that Lille attacker Moussa Sow won the Golden Boot (25 goals).
Lille are one of the two teams that managed to win three consecutive Coupe de France trophies (1946, 1947, 1948), but they have yet to clinch the Coupe de la Ligue title. Les Dogues faced PSG in the 2015/2016 Coupe de la Ligue trophy, but les Parisiens proved to be a big catch for Frederic Antonetti’s team in the title game.
Lille play their home matches at Stade Pierre-Mauroy and the capacity of the stadium is 50.186. The venue was opened in August, 2017 and the construction cost €282 million.
