Our prediction for this MLS match:
All eyes will be on Toyota Park when Chicago Fire and New York City take on each other on Sunday in what is expected to be a real football festival. Chicago Fire made a slow start to the season, but they have been raising their form week by week and, no doubt, they are capable of recording a good result in the Major League Soccer this term. Veljko Paunovic’s men are only one point behind the play-offs berth and we predict that they will go all guns blazing at New York City this weekend. Patrick Vieira’s troops recorded a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Toronto in their last league match, meaning that a real football festival is on the cards. However, considering that New York City have been struggling on the travels at the start of the 2018 MLS campaign, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts.
Highlighted Player (Bastian Schweinsteiger):

After making a name for himself at Bayern Munich, Bastian Schweinsteiger moved to Manchester United in 2015 for a fee of €9 million. The German midfielder won eight Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich, but he has yet to win the Premier League trophy with Manchester United.
However, winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup trophy with Germany is considered Bastian’s biggest success and it is well known that he won the bronze medal with die Manschaft at the 2006 and the 2010 World Cup finals. Schweinsteiger was born on 1 August, 1984 and he scored 45 goals in 342 appearances for Bayern Munich. The German international, though, failed to impress in the 2015/2016 Premier League campaign with Manchester United as he scored no more than one goal in 18 appearances for the Old Trafford outfit.
Bastian Schweinsteiger netted once for Germany at the Euro 2016 finals and later in July he married Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic.
Highlighted Team (New York City):

New York City are an American soccer club and they have been competing in Major League Soccer since 2015. The Pigeons play their home games at Yankee Stadium and they are the second club in New York after the New York Red Bulls.
Famous Arsenal player Patrick Vieira took over the reins in January, 2016 and he helped the team finish the season in second place in the Eastern Conference. However, they were totally outclassed by Toronto FC (0-7 on aggregate) in the conference semifinals.
New York City chiefs have been pumping up a lot of money into the squad ever since the team began play in MLS and it has to be noted that the likes of Andrea Pirlo and David Villa played for the Pigeons in the 2016 season. New York City footballers wear sky blue shirts when playing at home, while the colour of the team’s away kit is dark blue.
Companies City Football Group (80%) and Yankee Global Enterprises own the club.
