Our prediction for this MLS match:
Buoyed by a 3-2 win over Orlando City, DC United play host to New England at their Audi Field. The capital club aim to record yet another win in front of home fans and we predict that they will leave their hearts on the field in Monday’s football match. New England, on the other hand, do not seem to be on top of their game at the moment, with the team struggling at the back. The Revs conceded eight goals in total in previous three league fixtures and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling DC Unite’ party at Audi Field. Wayne Rooney has found his form of late and all eyes will be on the former Premier League ace when DC United and New England face each other in Washington on Monday. You should bear in mind that the capital club defeated the Revs 1-0 in their last meeting at Audi Field.
Highlighted Player (Vytautas Andriuskevicius):

Vytautas Andriuskevicius is a Lithuania international who plays for Portland Timbers as a left back. Andriuskevicius started his senior career at FBK Kaunas, but he made no more than 17 league appearances for the Lithuanian club from 2007 to 2010.
In 2010 he joined Polish outfit Lechia Gdansk and he spent three seasons at Stadion Energa Gdansk. After ending his spell with Lechia, Vytautas Andriuskevicius moved to Sweden, signing a deal with Djurgardens. He played 31 league games for the Iron Stoves and at the end of the 2013/2014 season he joined Cambuur.
After spending two seasons in the Dutch club, the Lithuanian footballer signed for Major League Soccer club Portland Timbers on July 14, 2016. Andriuskevicius is a full back who side position is centre back and it has to be noted that he was born on October 8, 1990 in Alytus, Lithuania. The 188-cm tall defender made his Lithuania debut on August 10, 2011 in a friendly against Armenia.
Highlighted Team (New England Revolution):

Unlike famous NFL club New England Patriots, the Revolution have yet to win the domestic trophy. New England participated five times in the MLS Cup final, but they were more than fortunate not to lift the silverware. The Revs played their last final in 2014, with the team losing to LA Galaxy in the title game at StubHub Center. New England Revolution, though, clinched the North American SuperLiga trophy in 2008 and that is considered as the club’s biggest success.
It has to be noted that the Revs defeated Houston Dynamo on penalties in the final of the tournament. New England Revolution were founded in 1994 and Gillette Stadium is the home ground of the club. Legendary defender Alexi Lalas played for the Revolution (1996-1997) and he scored three goals for the Gillette Stadium outfit. Fellow USA ace Clint Dempsey was part of the team as well and you should know that he netted 25 goals in 71 league appearances for the club.
