Our prediction for this MLS match:
After playing out a 2-2 draw with Portland Timbers at the weekend, Montreal Impact will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Major League Soccer when they host star-studded Atlanta United at their Stade Saputo. The Canadian club have been impressive at home ground this term, with the team eyeing their sixth consecutive victory in front of home fans. However, Sunday’s football match against Atlanta United will be anything but a walk in the park for the hosts. The Five Stripes continue to impress in the 2018 MLS campaign, with the team cementing top position in the Eastern Conference thanks to a 3-1 win over DC United. Atlanta United are likely to stick to their attacking style of play against Montreal Impact and we predict that the team’s top scorer Josef Martinez is likely to make life difficult for the opposition back-line. A lively contest is on the cards and, taking everything into account, we believe the two teams are going to play out a high-scoring draw at Stade Saputo.
