Our prediction for this MLS match:
Portland Timbers will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run in MLS when they take on Seattle Sounders at CenturyLink Field on Saturday. The Timbers shared the spoils with the likes of LA Galaxy, Sporting Kansas City and Atlanta United in previous three league fixtures and, no doubt, they want to return to winning ways. Portland’s main goal is to book their place in the play-offs, but they need to continue with fine performances in the Major League Soccer if they are to meet the goal. Seattle, on the other hand, head into Saturday’s football match following a 1-1 draw with Chicago Fire and it has to be noted that they recorded only one win in previous six league games. Clint Dempsey and Co. made a very slow start to the season, but seeing that they are tough to beat at home, we predict that they are going to share the spoils with Portland Timbers at their CenturyLink Field.
Highlighted Player (Victor Rodriguez):
Victor Rodriguez is a professional player who began his senior career at Vilajuiga, playing 36 matches for the club and scoring 11 goals. Rodriguez scored two goals in 33 appearances for los Azulones in the 2015/2016 Primera Division campaign, but following Getafe’s relegation to Segunda Division, he signed a four-year deal with Sporting Gijon in the 2016 summer transfer window.
