Our prediction for this MLS match:
Seattle Sounders will be looking to melt Portland’s advantage in the standings when they host San Jose Earthquakes at their CenturyLink Field. Following a 2-0 win at Vancouver Whitecaps, Seattle suffered a 3-1 loss at Colorado Rapids in their last league match, but they are surely capable of matching San Jose at home. The Sounders have been scoring goals for fun at their CenturyLink Field this season, and we are positive that they will find the net in Monday’s showdown.
The Earthquakes, on the other hand, recorded two wins in the previous four away games in the Major League Soccer, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the trip to Seattle. Anyhow, given the attacking potential of the two clubs, both teams to score betting option should be considered. In their last meeting in Seattle the Sounders outplayed the Earthquakes 7-1.
Highlighted Player (Jordy Delem):

Jordy Delem is a Seattle Sounders midfielder who represents Martinique on the international stage. Delem played for the likes of Club Franciscain, Arles-Avignon and Club Franciscain before joining Seattle Sounders in 2016. After making 19 appearances for Seattle Sounders 2 the Martinique footballer signed a first team deal with the MLS club in March, 2017.
It has to be noted that he played as a right back on his Seattle debut against Atlanta United (0-0). Jordy Delem represented Martinique at the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup, but he failed to impress in a 3-1 loss to Mexico. The 180-cm-tall player was born in Le Francois, Martinique and he has a contract with Seattle Sounders which expires in December, 2017.
His main position is defensive midfield, but, as previously mentioned, he is capable of playing as a full back as well. Jordy Delem has both Martinique and France passports, but he decided to represent les Matinino on the international stage.
Highlighted Team (San Jose Earthquakes):

San Jose Earthquakes are members of the Western Conference of Major League Soccer. The Quakes have been participating in the league since 1996 and they won their first MLS Cup trophy in 2001. Back then San Jose outplayed star-studded Los Angeles Galaxy in the title game, but it has to be noted that they scored the winner in the extra time.
Two years later the Quakes managed to repeat the success, with the team beating Chicago Fire in the 2003 MLS Cup final. Avaya Stadium is the home ground of San Jose Earthquakes and the capacity of the venue is 18.000. The construction of the stadium cost no less than $100 million and the venue was opened in March, 2015. The club’s home colors are blue and black, whilst the Quakes wear white and red shirts and white shorts when playing on the travels.
Chris Wondolowski is the club’s biggest star and he has been playing for San Jose Earthquakes since 2009. The USA ace has 121 league goals on his account ahead of the start of the 2017 season.
