Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
VVV-Venlo will be aiming to make amends for back-to-back losses to the likes of Ajax and Groningen when they host Heracles at their Seacon Stadion – De Koel on Saturday evening. Venlo have been struggling at the back of late, and seeing that experienced midfielder Christian Kum remain on the sidelines through suspension, we do not believe that home win should be considered.
The Black and Whites, on the other hand, aim to build on a 4-1 win over Utrecht, and they should take advantage of the current atmosphere in the home team’s dressing room. Heracles are more of a team than Venlo, and even though Bakboord and Blaswich are likely to miss the game with injury, away win should be considered. Kiomourtzoglou is rated doubtful after he was tested positive for coronavirus. A man to watch in the away team will be Rai Vloet, who scored a hat-trick in the victory over Utrecht.
