Our match prediction:
The ninth managerial change seem to have done the trick for Palermo, as i Rosanero achieved their first victory in 2016 at the hands of relegation rivals Frosinone. The Sicilians are now level on points with Carpi, the first team over the dotted line, so there is still chance for Davide Ballardini’s side to survive in the elite division, but they need to further their winning form and defeat Sampdoria at Stadio Renzo Barbera this weekend. The Pink-blacks have been rather successful on home soil against la Samp of recent and the fans hope for the continuation of the positive run. Montella’s men defeated Lazio after falling one behind in the opening minutes (2-1), they practically finished the job concerning the survival in the Serie A, and the Doria can afford to lose the forthcoming clash. Even so, we do not predict they will lay down their arms so easily. A heavy battle is expected, but we will give a slight advantage to Palermo this time out.
