Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Maritimo will be looking to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Porto when they host Gil Vicente at their Estadio dos Barreiros on Matchday 27. Maritimo are only five points clear of the relegation zone, and you should bear in mind that they failed to win the previous five league fixtures. Ruben Ferreira picked up a knock in the 1-0 loss to Porto, and, as a result, he is going to miss the Gil Vicente game.
Fabio China remains in the recovery room, while Bebeto is sidelined through suspension. Gil Vicente, on the other hand, have been struggling in Primeira Liga ever since they restarted the season, with the team suffering back-to-back defeats to Portimonense and Famalicao in the previous two league fixtures. The Galos are not regarded as good travellers, but they should grab something from Monday’s clash as there will be no spectators at Estadio dos Barreiros.
