Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Porto will be aiming to cement top position in the standings when they face Belenenses on Sunday evening. The Dragons recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Ferreira on Matchday 29 to extend their advantage over Benfica to six points, and, no doubt, they are brimming with confidence. Porto aim to move one step closer to winning the title, and they are likely to go all guns blazing at Belenenses.
Sergio Oliveira returns to contention after missing the Ferreira game through suspension. O Belem, on the other hand, suffered yet another dip in form, with the team failing to win the previous four league fixtures. The relegation-threatened team face an uphill task in Sunday’s football game, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Porto’s party at Estadio do Dragao. Belenenses boss Petit has a number of injury worries, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered.
