Our football match prediction:
Saturday’s football game at the American Express Community Stadium pits together Brighton and Liverpool, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the 2017/2018 Premier League season. The Seagulls are eager to secure the top flight survival, whilst the Reds’ main goal is to book their place in the Champions League. Brighton have been playing above expectations this season, but they are on a three-game winless run in the national championship ahead of the visit of Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp’s charges rolled over Stoke City in a midweek fixture (3-0), with Mohamed Salah scoring a brace for the Reds. The pacey winger is enjoying a very successful season and the opposition defenders are likely to have their work cut out for them when facing him. Liverpool have been in a fine form of late and we predict the visitors will give fans yet another reason for celebration this weekend.

Highlighted Team (Liverpool):
Founded back in 1982, Liverpool are one of England’s and world’s most famous clubs. The Reds hold a high-profile rivalry with Everton and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other in the Merseyside derby. The Reds welcome their opponents at Anfield and it has to be noted that they have already won 18 first division trophies. Liverpool were on the verge of lifting the 2014/2015 Premier League trophy, but Steven Gerrard slipped in the decider against Chelsea and left the Reds without a title. Liverpool won their last Champions League trophy in 2005, with the team coming from three goals behind to beat Milan in a historic clash in Istanbul. The Reds have clinched five European Cups and it is no surprise they are regarded as one of the greatest European clubs. The likes of Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler, Paul Ince, Ian Rush, Graeme Souness, Sami Hyypia and Luis Suarez are some of the most notable footballers to have represented the club over the years. The club’s anthem is You’ll Never Walk Alone and their shirt colour is red.
