Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Cardiff City will be looking to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Leicester City when they host Tottenham at their Cardiff City Stadium. The Bluebirds made a very slow start to the season, but they have been in a fine form in recent weeks. The newcomers are desperate to secure the Premier League survival, but they will have a big fish to fry in Tuesday’s football game against Tottenham. Spurs suffered a shocking 3-1 loss to Wolverhampton in front of home fans in their last match of the year and, no doubt, they are determined to return to winning ways. Harry Kane just can’t stop scoring and all eyes will be on him when Cardiff City and Tottenham face each other on Matchday 21. Anyhow, Tottenham are more of a team than Cardiff City and we predict that the visitors are going to emerge triumphant in the Cardiff City Stadium clash.

Highlighted Player (Aron Gunnarsson):

Aron Gunnarsson started his youth career at Akureyri and after making 11 appearances for the senior team, he joined AZ Alkmaar in 2006. The midfielder, who was born on 22 April, 1988, was not happy at AZ as he played no more than one game for the Dutch outfit in two seasons and, as a result, he decided to leave the club on 17 June, 2008.
The Icelandic footballer signed a three-year deal with Coventry City and it has to be noted that he scored 6 goals in 123 league appearances for the English club. On 8 July, 2011, he joined Cardiff City on a free transfer and he made 45 appearances for the Welsh outfit in the 2014/2015 Championship campaign, scoring four goals for the club.
Aron Gunnarson, though, played just 28 games for the Bluebirds in the 2015/2016 season and you should have in mind that he netted two goals for the team in the league. Gunnarson represented Iceland at the Euro 2016 finals and he made his 64th appearance for the national team at the tournament in France.
Highlighted Team (Tottenham Hotspur):

Tottenham Hotspur are a professional football club based in North London. Spurs host their rivals at White Hart Lane and the capacity of the stadium is 36,284. Tottenham won the Premier League (First Division) trophy in 1950/1951 and 1960/1961 and despite producing terrific displays in the 2015/2016 campaign Mauro Pochettino’s team eventually finished the season in third place in the standings.
Tottenham’s bitter rivals are Arsenal, but Chelsea and West Ham United are regarded as the team’s fierce opponents as well. Spurs have won eight FA Cup trophies, with the team also lifting the 1962/1963 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup title.
Tottenham Hotspur hammered Atletico Madrid in the final of the competition back then (5-1). The likes of David Ginola, Sol Campbell, Teddy Sheringham, Jurgen Klinsmann, Gary Lineker, Luka Modric, Robbie Keane and Gareth Bale are star players that used to play for the White Hart Lane outfit in the past. The colour of Tottenham Hotspur’s home kit is white.
