Our football match prediction:
Chelsea continue to impress in the 2016/2017 Premier League campaign. Thanks to a 3-0 triumph over Bournemouth the capital club extended their winning run in the league to twelve games and it has to be noted that top scorer Diego Costa missed the game against Eddie Howe’s troops through suspension. Coach Antonio Conte welcomes the former Atletico Madrid man back to the starting line-up against Stoke City and the Brazilian-born striker is likely to prove a handful for the opposition defenders. Chelsea are eyeing their fifth consecutive clean sheet in the league and considering that Stoke City attacker Marko Arnautovic has yet to serve his ban, we predict that the Potters will fail to find the net in Saturday’s football match. Mark Hughes’ men struggle against top-table sides and they are totally outplayed by the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool in previous two away games in the Premier League.
Highlighted Player (John Terry):
John Terry is a player who dedicated his professional football career to Chelsea. The veteran defender is well known for his leadership qualities and it is no surprise he was the captain of the England national team. Terry plays as a centre back, is known for his aerial ability, but for hard tackling as well. The England player retired from the international football on 23 September, 2012 and it has to be noted that he scored six goals in 78 appearances for the Three Lions. John Terry has won four Premier League trophies with Chelsea, while clinching the FA Cup title with the Stamford Bridge outfit on five occasions. In 2012 John Terry helped Chelsea beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League final and that is considered his biggest success. In 2009 he reportedly had a four-month affair with Wayne Bridge’s girlfriend and that is why he is considered one of the most disliked footballers in the world of football.
