Our football match prediction:
Chelsea will be aiming to extend their eight-game winning run in the Premier League when they host West Bromwich Albion at their Stamford Bridge on Sunday. The Blues came from behind to beat Manchester City at Etihad Stadium in their last league match and they look unstoppable ahead of the visit of Tony Pulis’ troops. Eden Hazard and Diego Costa are having a season to remember and all eyes will be on the duo when Chelsea face WBA on Matchday 15. Antonio Conte’s men are a real force to be reckoned with at home and the Baggies are unlikely to spoil Chelsea’s party at Stamford Bridge. WBA did record three wins in previous four league games, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Sunday’s football game against the league leaders. Taking everything into account, we predict that the capital club will record their ninth consecutive win in the league.
Highligted Player (Diego Costa):
Diego Costa is a Brazilian-born attacker who plays for Spain. “The Tasmanian devil” decided to switch his allegiance to the Spain national team, but he did not make Spain Euro 2016 squad. The controversial forward is well known for his bad-tempered affairs and he is considered one of the most disliked men in the world of football. Diego Costa began his senior career at Braga and he used to play for the likes of Penafiel, Celta Vigo, Albacete, Real Valladolid, Rayo Vallecano and Atletico Madrid in the past as well. Costa currently plays for Chelsea and he impressed in the 2014/2015 Premier League campaign with the Stamford Bridge outfit, scoring 20 goals in the English top flight. However, he was struggling to find his best form in the 2015/2016 campaign and it is no surprise he netted just 12 goals for Chelsea in the national championship. Diego Costa won Spanish La Liga with Atletico Madrid in 2014 and he participated in the Champions League final against Real Madrid the same season. On the other hand, he clinched the Premier League trophy with Chelsea in 2015.
