Our football match prediction:
Chances are the fans at Goodison Park will witness plenty of fireworks when two in-form sides square off on Saturday afternoon, even if they go into the game with contrasting ambitions. Everton have been struggling to justify pre-season predictions, as they still trail behind European positions, but the good news is the Toffees have been pretty impressive of late. Roberto Martinez’s charges have now won five of last six matches in all competitions, hammering Aston Villa on the road last time out, but they could still face a tough task against high-flying West Ham. The Hammers were able to put a dent into Tottenham’s title hopes with a 1-0 triumph in midweek, while at the same time boosting their top 4 hopes. And with Champions League positions now just a point away, you can bet that the Hammers will be going for a win at Merseyside. A highly entertaining encounter is on the cards and we expect it will end in a high-scoring draw.
