Our football match prediction:
Despite producing a fine display in Saturday’s football match against West Ham United, Hull City eventually suffered a 1-0 loss to the capital club at London Stadium. The Tigers remain in the relegation zone and, no doubt, they are low on confidence ahead of the visit of Manchester City. Hull City recorded only one win in previous 15 league games and we are not tempted to put our money on the underdogs. The Citizens, on the other hand, came from behind to beat Arsenal at their Etihad Stadium at the weekend and it has to be noted that Raheem Sterling scored the winner for Pep Guardiola’s troops. Kun Aguero remains on the sidelines through suspension, but the Catalan tactician has a number of high-profile footballers to choose from and we predict that the visitors will emerge triumphant in the Boxing Day clash. In their last meeting at KCOM Stadium Man City defeated Hull City 4-2.
Highlighted Player (Moses Odubajo):
Moses Odubajo is a professional footballer who plays for Hull City. Odubajo is a right winger, but he is capable of playing at right-back as well. He made 42 appearances for Hull City in the 2015/2016 Championship campaign and, no doubt, he helped the team secure promotion to the Premier League, although he then suffered a serious injury next summer. Moses began his career at Leyton Orient and after spending several seasons on loan at St Albans City, Sutton United and Bishop’s Storford, in 2014 he signed a three-year deal with Brentford for an undisclosed fee. Odubajo scored 3 goals in 45 games for Brentford in the 2014/2015 Championship campaign. At the end of the season he signed a £3.5-million-worth deal with Hull City. Odubajo was born in Greenwich on 28 July, 1993 and he made a total of six appearances for England U-20 team. On 4 December, 2014 he was reportedly invited to the Nigeria U23 training camp, but opted against switching his allegiance to the Super Eagles.
Highlighted Team (Manchester City):
Manchester City are the lest famous of the two major clubs based in Manchester. The club was founded in 1880, but they have been struggling in the English Premier League in the past. Nonetheless, ever since the club was purchased by Abu Dhabi United Group in 2008, the Citizens have been playing an important role in the English top flight. Manchester City won two Premier League trophies under Roberto Mancini and Manuel Pellegrini (2011/2012 and 2013/2014), butboth managers eventually paid the price for some disappointing results. Man City play their home games at the Etihad Stadium and the stadium capacity is 55,097. Manchester United are regarded as Manchester City’s biggest rivals and the likes of Kun Aguero, Carlos Tevez, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Uwe Rosler, Yaya Toure, Sylvain Distin are some of the most remarkable players that played for the Etihad Stadium outfit. Manchester City have won four Premier League titles and five FA Cup trophies and it has to be noted that they made it to the Champions League semis in the 2015/2016 season.
