Our prediction for this Premier League match:
All eyes will be on Anfield when Liverpool and Arsenal face each other in the Premier League derby. The Reds are seven points clear of second-placed Manchester City ahead of the last match of the year and, no doubt, they want to finish the season in style. Jurgen Klopp’s troops rolled over Newcastle United on Boxing Day, with Mohamed Salah scoring his 12th goal of the season. The Gunners, on the other hand, played out a 1-1 draw with Brighton on the road in their last league match, but their performance in the Boxing Day clash against the Seagulls was anything but good. Liverpool crushed Manchester United at home earlier this month and seeing that the Reds are desperate to regain the Premier League trophy, we are tempted to put our money on the league leaders, who are eyeing their eighth consecutive win in all competitions.

Highlighted Player (Sadio Mané):

Sadio Mane is a Senegalese footballer who plays for Liverpool as a winger. Mane was born in Sedhiou Senegal on April 10, 1992, but he made his senior debut at French club Metz. In 2012 he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, with the pacey winger scoring 31 goals in 63 appearances for the club in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Mane then decided to take a step forward in his career as he joined famous Premier League club Liverpool for a fee of £34 million, signing a five-year contract with the Reds. The Senegal international quickly established himself as a first-team regular at Liverpool and, no doubt, he helped the Anfield outfit make it to the 2017/2018 Champions League final.
Speaking of trophies, Sadio Mane won the Austrian Bundesliga with Salzburg in the 2013/2014 season. In 2017 he was named Liverpool player of the year for the 2016/2017 season. Sadio Mane made his Senegal debut in 2012 and he was part of the Senegal team that participated at the 2012 Olympic tournament.
Highlighted Team (Arsenal):

Arsenal are regarded as one of the best English teams. The Gunners have won 12 FA Cup trophies, 13 league titles and two League Cups, but they have yet to lift the Champions League trophy. Arsene Wenger’s team were on the verge of beating Barcelona in the Champions League final back in 2006, but they eventually failed to win the prestigious title.
Arsenal used to play their homes at Highbury, but in 2006 they moved to the Emirates Stadium. The capacity of the stadium is 60,260. The Gunners won their last Premier League trophy back in 2004, with the capital club going through the season without a single loss. The likes of Thierry Henry, Denis Bergkamp and Robert Pires were part of the team back then, but Arsenal have not won the league trophy ever since.
Arsenal was founded by Woolwich munitions workers as Dial Square back in 1886. It is well known that Tottenham Hotspur are Arsenal’s fiercest rivals and there have always been fireworks when the two local rivals meet in the North London derby.
