Our prediction for this Premier League match:
All eyes will be on Etihad Stadium when Manchester City and Chelsea face each other on Matchday 26. The Citizens aim to stay in the race for the Premier League title and we predict that they are going to adopt an attack-minded approach in Sunday’s football game. Pep Guardiola’s troops suffered a 2-1 loss to Newcastle United in their penultimate away game in the English top flight, but seeing that they are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the title holders are going to emerge triumphant in Sunday’s football game. The Blues did well to crush Huddersfield Town 5-0 in front of home fans at the weekend, with Gonzalo Higuain scoring a brace on his debut at Stamford Bridge. However, seeing that the Citizens have turned their Etihad Stadium into a real fortress, we believe that Maurizio Sarri’s men are going to return to London empty-handed.

Highlighted Player (Vincent Kompany):

Vincent Kompany is regarded as one of the best defenders in the world of football. The Belgian ace was born on 10 April, 1986 and he is capable of playing as centre back and defensive midfielder. Kompany began his youth career at Anderlecht and in 2006 he arrived to Germany to play for Bundesliga side Hamburger SV.
Two years later he signed for Manchester City for a fee of £6 million. The Man City defender has won two Premier League trophies with the Etihad Stadium outfit (2011/2012, 2013/2014) and he made it to the Champions League semis in the 2015/2016 season with the Citizens.
Vicent Kompany was named the Premier League player of the season in the 2011/2012 campaign and it has to be noted that he was awarded the captaincy of Man City back then. The Belgium international married Carla Higgs in 2011, who gave birth to their two children (daughter and son).
Highlighted Team (Chelsea):

Over the years Chelsea have established themselves as one of the dominant forces in the English Premier League. Roberto Di Matteo helped the team win their first ever Champions League trophy (2011/2012), but it has to be noted that they were more than fortunate to beat Bayern Munich in the title game.
Chelsea have been playing at Stamford Bridge since 1876 and they are a real force to be reckoned with at home. The Blues have won seven FA Cups, five League Cups, two UEFA Cup Winners’ Cups and the UEFA Europa League. Rafael Benitez was in charge of the team that faced Benfica in the 2012/2013 Europa League final, with Branislav Ivanovic scoring the winner for the Blues in the title clash.
After lifting the 2014/2015 Premier League trophy, the Blues largely struggled in the next campaign, which saw Jose Mourinho’s second spell with the club come to an end, and Antoine Conte went over to take the reigns for the 2016/2017 season.
