Our match prediction:
The FA Cup campaign has been the only bright spot for Reading, who continue to struggle in the Championship. The Royals have picked up enough points to avoid the relegation tussle, but they will have to show some improvement between now and the end of the season if they want to have something to build on next term. Reading have so far defeated Huddersfield Town and Walsall in the FA Cup, but they are likely to have much bigger fish to fry on Saturday. Madejski Staidum will host Premier League side West Bromwich, whose performances have not been in line with pre-season predictions, but at least they boast an eight-point advantage over the relegation zone. The Baggies have finally ended a poor run of results as they enjoyed an impressive away triumph over Everton and with Tony Pulis widely expected to field a strong side at Madejski, they should be able to pip out-of-sorts Reading to a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
