Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Sunday’s football game at St. Mary’s Stadium pits together Southampton and Tottenham, the two teams who failed to impress in their season openers. Southampton were beaten by Crystal Palace in London at the weekend, but it has to be noted that they failed to turn their dominance into goals. The Saints are eager to give fans some cheer this weekend, but, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from the match.
Spurs aim to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat to Everton, but beating Southampton on the road is easier said than done. Even though Jose Mourinho can count on key players for the St. Mary’s Stadium clash, we are tempted to put our money on draw. Midfielder Stuart Armstrong, on the other hand, is the only absentee in the home side as he has been struggling with a thigh injury.

Highlighted Player (Jannik Vestergaard):

Standing at 1.99m, the Danish center back is regarded as one of the tallest professional footballers in the world. Born on the 3rd of August, 1992, Vastergaard 's youth career started in Denmark divided amongst four clubs, namely Vestia, Frem, Copenhagen, and Brondby.
His first professional contract, however, was with Bundesliga outfit TSG Hoffenheim in 2010. Following impressive displays with the club's under-19 team during the 10/11 season, Vestergaard made his professional debut the following season, featuring in Hoffenheim's 1-0 home win over Frankfurt on the 16th of April, 2011.
Notable spells at clubs Werder Bremen and Borrusia Monchengladbach succeeded his time at Die Kraichgauer before he left Germany to join Premier League's Southampton in 2018 on a four-year deal worth 25 million euros. On the international front, the 27-year-old represented Denmark at every youth level before making his senior debut on the 14th of August, 2013, against Poland.
Highlighted Team (Tottenham):

Tottenham Hotspur are a professional football club based in North London. Spurs host their rivals at White Hart Lane and the capacity of the stadium is 36,284. Tottenham won the Premier League (First Division) trophy in 1950/1951 and 1960/1961 and despite producing terrific displays in the 2015/2016 campaign Mauro Pochettino’s team eventually finished the season in third place in the standings.
Tottenham’s bitter rivals are Arsenal, but Chelsea and West Ham United are regarded as the team’s fierce opponents as well. Spurs have won eight FA Cup trophies, with the team also lifting the 1962/1963 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup title.
Tottenham Hotspur hammered Atletico Madrid in the final of the competition back then (5-1). The likes of David Ginola, Sol Campbell, Teddy Sheringham, Jurgen Klinsmann, Gary Lineker, Luka Modric, Robbie Keane and Gareth Bale are star players that used to play for the White Hart Lane outfit in the past. The colour of Tottenham Hotspur’s home kit is white.
