Our football match prediction:
Vicarage Road Stadium will host Sunday’s football game between Watford and Sunderland. The Black Cats managed to avoid relegation, meaning that coach Sam Allardyce can breathe easier ahead of the trip to Watford. The Hornets secured the top flight survival as well and there is every chance we will see a lively contest on the last day of the season. Watford aim to bounce back from a 4-2 loss to Norwich City and given that over 2.5 goals were scored in four of their last five matches in all competitions, a high-scoring affair appears on the cards. Sunderland got their job done against Everton in midweek (3-0), but we would not be surprise if they extend their goal-scoring run on Sunday. Watford recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Sunderland in the reverse fixture, but we predict that over 2.5 goals will be scored in Sunday’s game at Vicarage Road Stadium.
