Our football match prediction:
London Stadium will host Monday’s football game between West Ham United and Manchester United. The Red Devils aim to continue where they left in December and it remains to be seen if they are capable of extending their winning run in the league to six game. Jose Mourinho’s men showed character in a come-from-behind win over Middlesbrough, with Paul Pogba scoring a late winner for the English giants. Manchester United are just three points behind their local rivals Manchester City in the Premier League standings and we predict that the visitors will go for a win against West Ham United. Leicester City put an end to West Ham’s three-game winning run at the weekend, but Slaven Bilic’s troops escaped the danger zone and nothing else matters. Anyhow, seeing that the Red Devils seem to be on top of their game at the moment, away win appears on the cards.
Highlighted Player (Andre Ayew):
Andre Ayew is Ghanaian footballer who plays for Premier League side West Ham United as a winger. Ayew played for Olympique Marseille from 2007 to 2015 and he scored 44 goals in 160 appearances for the Stade Velodrome outfit. He won two Coupe de la Ligue trophies with Marseille (2011, 2012), but he failed to clinch the Ligue 1 title with OM. In 2015 Andre Ayew joined Swansea City on a free transfer and it has to be noted that he scored 12 goals in 34 league appearances for the South Wales outfit. At the end of the season the Ghanaian footballer signed a three-year deal with fellow Premier League team West Ham United for a club record fee of £20.5 million. Andre Ayew won the FIFA U-20 World Cup with Ghana and he participated in the Africa Cup of Nations final on two occasions with the Ghanaian national football team (2010, 2015). However, he failed to win the prestigious trophy with the Black Stars. His brother Jordan Ayew plays for Aston Villa as a striker.
Highlighted Team (Manchester United):
Over the years Manchester United have established themselves as one of the greatest clubs in world football. The Red Devils have won three European Cup (Champions League) trophies and they have clinched no less than 20 Premier League titles. A number of top-class players were part of Manchester United in the past, but, no doubt, the club’s biggest legend is coach Sir Alex Ferguson, who was in charge of the team for 26 years. During Alex Ferguson’s spell at Old Trafford the club won a number of trophies, but the Red Devils have been struggling in all competitions ever since he retired. Louis van Gaal helped Manchester United win the FA Cup trophy in the 2015/2016 season, with Jese Lingard scoring the winner in the 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium. The likes of Bobby Charlton, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, George Best and Eric Cantona are the football stars that graced Old Trafford for Manchester United.
