Our football match prediction:
Following a 1-0 win over Espanyol Deportivo Alaves suffered a heavy 4-1 loss to Getafe in the suburbs of Madrid at the weekend. Los Babazorros suffered four defeats in previous five league fixtures and it is no surprise they sit in the relegation zone ahead of the Basque derby. Alaves are likely to fight tooth and nail against Eibar on Matchday 13 and this match could be the turning point for the hosts, who impressed in the 2016/2017 La Liga campaign. Los Armeros have been struggling in the first half of the new season as well and they are only one point clear of bottom three ahead of the trip to Vitoria. Eibar’s performances on the road leave a lot to be desired and given the importance of the match for the hosts, we are tempted to put our money on Giovanni De Biasi’s troops this time out.
