Our football match prediction:
As expected, Barcelona recorded a routine 3-1 win over Leganes in their last league match and seeing that Atletico Madrid shared the spoils with Real Madrid in the local derby, Ernesto Valverde’s troops moved one step closer to winning the La Liga title. The Catalan giants are 11 points clear of los Rojiblancos in the standings and they are after their fifth consecutive win at home in the national championship. Barca are likely to stick to their attacking style of play in Saturday’s football match against Valencia, who extended their winning run in the national championship to five games thanks to a hard-fought 1-0 win over Espanyol. Los Che did well to overtake Real Madrid in third place in the standings, but they will have a big fish to fry in the La Liga derby against Barcelona, who are enjoying yet another season to remember.
