Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
High-flying Celta Vigo will be looking to move a little closer to the Europa League berth when they take on Huesca on Matchday 16. Os Celeste recorded five wins in the previous six league fixtures, meaning that they are brimming with confidence ahead of the midweek clash. Fit-again attacker Santi Mina, who has overcome a shoulder injury, is pushing for a start, while Alvarez and Vazquez remain in the recovery room.
Huesca, on the other hand, still sit in the relegation zone. The newcomers are eager to return to winning ways in the Spanish elite division, but given Celta Vigo’s brilliant form in December, we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed. The likes of Maffeo, Ramirez, and Valera are all out of contention through injuries for the visiting team. In their last meeting in Galicia Celta Vigo defeated Huesca 2-0.
