Our football match prediction:
Deportivo La Coruna will be looking to make amends for a 4-1 loss to Espanyol when they host Getafe at their Estadio Municipal de Riazor on Saturday afternoon. The Galician side experienced all sorts of problems at the back in the defeat to the Catalan outfit, but it is well known that they are not regarded as good travelers. Deportivo did well to beat Alaves at home on Matchday 5 and they are definitely capable of making life difficult for los Azulones. The capital club did well to hold Celta Vigo to a 1-1 draw on Thursday evening and, to make things even better for the fans, the newcomers rolled over Villarreal (4-0) at their Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Perez at the weekend. Getafe have been producing fine performances on their return to the Spanish top flight, but seeing that Deportivo La Coruna are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the two teams will share the spoils in Saturday’s football match.
