Our match prediction:
Estadio Municipal de Riazor will host the match between Deportivo La Coruna and Malaga. Los Brancoazuis have been totally out of form in 2016, but Saturday’s match against los Boquerones could be the turning point for the hosts. Deportivo aim to stop the run of eleven games without a win, but they will have to be at their sharpest if they are to beat Malaga at their “Riazor”. Los Boquerones want to make amends for a 2-1 loss to Valencia and, no doubt, the visitors will take the match very seriously. Given that the two teams are level on points ahead of Matchday 28, a close encounter appears on the cards. Both sides will be happy with one point from Saturday’s clash and we predict that they will share the spoils this time out. When the two sides met at Estadio La Rosaleda in the reverse fixture Malaga recorded a 2-0 win over Deportivo.
