Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Espanyol chiefs made a number of changes to the squad in the summer transfer window, but new signings have yet to adapt to the new surroundings. Los Periquitos have been playing below expectations at the start of the season, with the team recording no more than one win in eight league games. Espanyol shared the spoils with the likes of Villarreal and Las Palmas in previous two league fixtures, but you should have in mind that the Catalan outfit failed to score in last three matches in the Spanish top flight. Anyhow, Saturday’s football match against Eibar could be the turning point for los Periquitos, who sit in the danger zone ahead of the visit of los Armeros. Eibar did remarkably well to spoil Real Madrid’s party at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu (1-1), but they failed to impress in a 3-2 loss to Osasuna on Monday evening and we predict that the visitors are going to return to home empty-handed.
