Our football match prediction:
Granada will host the 14th round in the Primera Division against Atletico Madrid in the Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes on Saturday evening. Granada is currently placed17th which is just in the safe zone in order to stay in the Primera Division, Granada got 1 point more than Malaga, Las Palmas and Levante and despite being placed low on the table Granada lost only 1 of their last 8 Primera Division games. Atletico Madrid on the other hand had a tough evening with Espanyol but managed to keep the 3 points at home and continue their title race. Atletico is currently placed second with only 4 points less than leader Barcelona, Atletico is in form being undefeated for the last 10 games. We predict Atletico Madrid to have a easy evening with Granada; French striker Antoine Griezmann is getting more and more in form and will happily improve his score margin against Granada.
Highlighted Player (Diego Godin):
Diego Godin is considered one of the best defenders in the history of Uruguayan football. The Atletico Madrid centre back played for Cerro and Nacional in the Uruguayan national championship between 2003 and 2007 and in August, 2017 he signed a deal with La Liga side Villarreal. Godin made 91 league appearances for the Yellow Submarine and on 4 August he made probably the best decision of his career as he signed a contract with Atletico Madrid. The Uruguayan defender won the 2013/2014 La Liga trophy with los Rojiblancos, while making it to the Champions League final on two occasions (2014, 2016). He won the Europa League trophy in the 2011/2012 season with Atletico Madrid as well. Speaking of his international career, Godin clinched the 2011 Copa America trophy with Uruguay. Despite playing as a centre back, Diego Godin often scores after set pieces and you should have in mind that he scored eight goals for Diego Simeone’s team in the 2013/2014 season (all competitions).

Highlighted Team (Atletico Madrid):

Atletico Madrid are a Spanish team that plays in Primera Division (La Liga). Los Rojiblancos or los Colchoneros play their home matches at Estadio Vicente Calderon, which holds up to 54,960 spectators. Atletico Madrid have won 10 La Liga titles, but they have yet to lift the European Cup (Champions League) trophy. Los Rojblancos have won 10 Copa del Rey (Spanish Cup) trophies and it has to be noted that they defeated their bitter local rivals Real Madrid in the 2012/2013 Spanish Cup final. The rivalry between the two capital clubs is pretty big and El Madrileno is regarded as one of the most exciting derbies in the world football. Atletico Madrid played two Champions League finals under Diego Simeone, but they failed to beat Real Madrid in the title games (2013/2014 and 2015/2016). However, the Argentine tactician helped Atletico Madrid win the La Liga trophy in 2014 and, no doubt, he is one of the most successful coaches in the history of the capital club.
