Our football match prediction:
After sharing the spoils with the likes of Real Madrid and Osasuna in previous two league games, Las Palmas will be aiming to retain their spot in top ten with a win over Espanyol at their Estadio de Gran Canaria. Los Amarillos are a real force to be reckoned with at home and it has to be noted that they suffered only one loss in previous eight home matches in the Spanish top flight. Their next rivals Espanyol played out a goalless draw with Villarreal on Matchday 7 and they are now eyeing their second win of the season. The club chiefs did well to reinforce the squad in the summer transfer window, but new signings have yet to adapt to the new surroundings. It is well known that Espanyol often struggle on the travels and, taking everything into account, we predict that Las Palmas are going to emerge triumphant in Friday’s football match.
