Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Las Palmas have ended their two-match winning streak at the beginning of new La Liga season with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Sevilla, last time out. Las Palmas opened the scoring 16 minutes into the match, but were unable to hold on to the lead with Europa League winners coming from behind to grab a late win thanks to dying-moments goals from Sarabia and Fernandez. Quique Setien’s team will be keen to get back on winning ways when they host Malaga at the Estadio Gran Canaria without Jonathan Viera, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Hernan who are out due to their respective injuries. Malaga travel to Las Palmas eager to find their first three points of the new season. Back-to-back draws against Osasuna and Espanyol were followed by a 2-0 loss to Villarreal. It will be easier said than done. There is nothing much separating the two sides and we predict an evenly contested affair.
