Our football match prediction:
Osasuna are running down a blind alley and, as things stand now, they will compete in Segunda Division next season. Los Rojillos failed to defend their slim lead in Sunday’s football match against Las Palmas, with the team conceding no less than four goals in the second half of the match (2-5) and, no doubt, they are low on confidence ahead of the visit of Eibar. Osasuna are 13 points behind the “safe zone” in the La Liga standings, meaning that they have little to play for in Monday’s clash against los Armeros. Eibar aim to bounce back from a heavy loss to Real Madrid and they are definitely capable of beating the rock-bottom team at Estadio el Sadar. Sergi Enrich has netted 10 goals so far this season and we predict that the opposition defenders will have their work cut out for them when facing the 27-year-old attacker.
Highlighted Player (Mario Fernandez):
Mario Fernandez is a Spanish goalkeeper who plays for Osasuna. He started his youth career in his home-town club Racing Santander and he continued playing for the club at the start of his senior career. Racing Santander defeated Alcorcon 3-2 in Copa del Rey back then and he played in the return leg as well (0-0). On 4 August, 2015 Fernandez joined Osasuna, but he failed to establish himself as a first-choice goalkeeper for the El Sadar outfit in the 2015/2016 Segunda Division campaign. Mario Fernandez has three caps for Spain U19, but he has yet to make his debut for the first team. Fernandez is a 184-cm-tall goalkeeper and he wears number 1 on his shirt.
