Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
There will be fireworks when Rayo Vallecano and Getafe face each other in the local derby at Estadio del Rayo Vallecano. Los Vallecanos failed to win previous four league fixtures and, no doubt, they are eager to get back on course. The newcomers sit in the relegation zone in the La Liga standings, but a win over los Azulones will see them move away from the bottom three. Rayo Vallecano are eyeing their first home win of the season and seeing that they want this win more than Getafe, we are tempted to put our money on the newcomers. Los Azulones, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form and seeing that they are on a four-game winless run in the Spanish elite division, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the hosts in this local derby.

Highlighted Player (Jordi Amat):

As a product of Espanyol’s youth academy, Jordi Amat started his career with the club’s B side in the Spanish third division back in 2009/10 season. It was not too long before Amat was fast-tracked into the first team and managed to grab a starting place for the Barcelona-based club.
The Spanish centre-back fell out of favour in 2012 and was initially sent out on a loan spell with Rayo Vallecano before Espanyol decided to part ways with him and sell him to Swansea City in 2013. Having arrived at the Liberty as a 21-year-old, Amat signed a four-year deal to become another Spanish acquisition of Michael Laudrup who continued to raid La Liga following the success stories of Michu, Chico and Jonathan de Guzman.
Jordi Amat went on to record 73 appearances in all competitions during his three-year stay with Swansea City. In 2018 he returned to Spain – signing a deal with Rayo Vallecano – after a season spent on loan at Real Betis.
