Our football match prediction:
All eyes will be on Estadio Santiago Bernabeu when Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao square off against each other in La Liga in what is expected to be the most interesting match of Sunday’s program. As expected, los Blancos rolled over Legia in the Champions League on Tuesday evening and it has to be noted that the Spanish giants scored 11 goals in previous two games in all competitions. Zinedine Zidane’s troops hammered Real Betis 6-1 in their last league match and despite the fact that Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t seem to be at the top of his game at the moment, we predict that Real Madrid are going to pick up all three points from Sunday’s football match against Athletic Bilbao. The Lions did well to beat Real Sociedad in the Basque derby at the weekend, but spoiling Real Madrid’s party at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is easier said than done.
Highlighted Player (Keylor Navas):
Keylor Navas is an exceptionally gifted goal keeper who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid and the Costa Rica national team. The 29-year-old rose through the youth ranks at Saprissa before making his professional bow with them in 2005. After a successful stint with them, he ventured into Spanish football with a move to Albacete and then to Levante. His exploits at Levante earned him a move to Real Madrid where he quickly established as a first-team regular. Despite coming within seconds of moving away from the club to accommodate David de Gea, Navas became a crowd favorite with outstanding displays in 2015-16 season. Navas has played over 60 games for Costa Rica having made his debut in 2008. He has represented them at the 2014 FIFA World Cup where Costa Rica were a losing quarter-finalists. Their progress in the tournament is largely attributed to the success of Navas under the sticks.

Athletic Club (mostly known as Athletic de Bilbao) is a Spanish football club from the Bask region which is playing currently in the Primera Division. Athletic Bilbao is known for it’s rilvalry with Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid was founded by Bask students in Madrid. The old relationship between both teams is visible in the red blue jerseys of both teams. The second team Athletic de Bilbao is playing in the Segunda Division B in Spain. Athletic Bilbao won the Primera Division 8 times, the Copa del Rey 24 times, the Spanish super cup 2 times. Athletic de Bilbao didn’t won any prizes in Europe yet but managed to be the runner up in 1977 and 2012 in the UEFA cup.
