Our football match prediction:
Sevilla have been impressive under Jorge Sampaoli this season, but they failed to impress in a 3-1 loss to Espanyol at the weekend. Los Sevillanos were beaten by los Periquitos at RCDE Stadium, but it has to be noted that Nico Pareja was sent off after just two minutes. Anyhow, Jorge Sampaoli’s men are level on points with second-placed Barcelona ahead of Matchday 21 and they are on the right track to book their place in the Champions League. Sevilla outplayed league leaders Real Madrid in their last home fixture in La Liga and that is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of Sunday’s football match against Villarreal. As expected, the Yellow Submarine defeated relegation strugglers Granada on home soil at the weekend, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Sunday’s game against Sevilla and we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed.
