Our football match prediction:
Valencia will be looking to build on back-to-back wins over the likes of Osasuna and Espanyol when they square off against Villarreal on the last day of the season. Los Che sit in 12th place in the La Liga standings ahead of the visit of Fran Escriba’s troops and, no doubt, they are having yet another season to forget. The club chiefs will have to be very active in the summer transfer window if they are to reinforce the squad and it remains to be seen if Valencia are going to play an important role in the Spanish top flight next season. The Yellow Submarine, on the other hand, are eyeing a place in the Europa League and seeing that this has to go down as a must-win game for the visitors, we predict that they will emerge triumphant in Sunday’s football game. Villarreal head into the match following a goalless draw with Deportivo La Coruna.
