Our match prediction:
Following a heavy 5-1 loss to Barcelona, Rayo Vallecano suffered a 2-1 loss to Espanyol on Monday evening. The capital club are level on points with Granada, who sit in the relegation zone, meaning that Saturday’s match against Eibar is of big importance for the hosts. Rayo aim to put an end to their five-match winless run in La Liga and given that los Armeros have been misfiring of late, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the hosts. Paco Jemez’s men are eyeing their sixth home win of the season and we do not believe that Eibar, who failed to score in previous three league games, are capable of spoiling Rayo’s party in the suburbs of Madrid. It is tough to predict the correct score of Saturday’s game, but the hosts are likely to pick up all three points from the clash.
