Our match prediction:
Die Borussen were far from their best performance against the Reds and Thomas Tuchel can thank Roman Weidenfeller that his team managed to end the clash undefeated. The return of Jurgen Klopp seemed to affect Westfalenstadion outfit, and der BVB can only blame themselves for such a bad result. Tuchel has little time to revive his charges, since they travel to Gelsenkirchen. Schalke suffered a surprising defeat against Ingolstadt, and dropped down to the seventh position in the overall standings. Die Konigsblauen are in a must win situation in order to keep pace with the other pretenders for a top-four spot. Die Borussen are on a five-game undefeated streak on their travels in the Bundesliga and will be looking to continue the positive run. Andre Breitenreiter’s side have been rather productive on home soil of late, but their defense have been rather drafty, which is why we predict a spectacle for the fans. A high scoring draw seems as the most appropriate outcome for this football match.
