Our football match prediction:
Atalanta impressed in the 2016/2017 Serie A campaign, but they have not been as successful at the start of the new season. The Orobici suffered a 1-0 loss to Roma in their opener and, to make things even worse for the fans, they dropped a one-goal advantage in a 3-1 loss to Napoli at Stadio Olimpico. Atalanta are desperate to return to record their first win of the season and Sunday’s football match against Sassuolo could be the turning point for the hosts. The Neroverdi suffered a heavy 3-0 loss to Torino in their first away game of the season and seeing that they often struggle on the travels Christian Bucchi’s men are unlikely to spoil Atalanta’s party at Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia. Alejandro Gomez, who scored 16 goals in the Italian top flight last season, will be the man to watch in the home team and the opposition defenders should have him at bay.
