Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Sardegna Arena will host Wednesday’s football game between Cagliari and Genoa. As expected, Cagliari suffered a 3-1 loss to Lazio at Stadio Olimpico in their last league match, with the team extending their winless run in the Serie A to seven games. Cagliari produce better showings at home than on the travels, but seeing that Genoa impressed in a 3-1 win over Atalanta at the weekend, we do not believe that there is a big value in betting on the hosts. Poland rising start Piatek scored his 13th goal of the season at the weekend and we predict that he is going to pose a big threat for the opposition defenders. Anyhow, seeing that the two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment, we believe that they are going to play out a draw in Sardinia on Matchday 18.
