Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Cagliari will be aiming to make amends for a 2-0 loss to Empoli when they host Sassuolo at their Sardegna Arena on Sunday evening. The Rossoblu are determined to get back on course as quickly as possible and we predict that they will go all guns blazing at the Neroverdi on day 2 of the new Serie A campaign. However, they will have a big fish to fry in Sunday’s football match against Sassuolo as the visitors defeated Inter in the opening game of the season. The Neroverdi aim to give fans yet another reason for celebration and seeing that Cagliari experience all sorts of problems at the back in the defeat to Empoli, away win should be considered. Considering that the hosts are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach in the Sardegna Arena clash, we are positive that the visitors will have a number of opportunities to score on the break.
