Our prediction for this Serie A match:
In another bottom of the table matchup, Atalanta are travelling to Verona to play the home side Chievo at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi stadium. Chievo who are trying to get into the plus side of the points after they had three points deducted because of the club’s accounting infringements. A point against Atalanta will see them back to zero points and a win will lift them past the fellow strugglers and the only other team still to win a game this year, Frosinone. Officially, Chievo have recorded two draws and six defeats in the first eight rounds. Atalanta have one win under their belt, in the opening match of the season, when they beat Frosinone 4:0. Since then, they failed to qualify for the Europa League and are on a run of five defeats and four draws. Both teams lost the last two matches they were involved in and it’s anyone’s guess what will happen in this match. We predict a home win.
