Our football match prediction:
Chievo did remarkably well to beat their local rivals Hellas Verona on Matchday 9, but the team then suffered a dip in form. Following a 4-1 loss to Milan, the Mussi Volanti were outclassed by Sampdoria at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris (1-4) at the weekend and, as a result, they dropped to the bottom half of the table. Chievo face an uphill task in Sunday’s football match against Napoli and they will have a mountain to climb if they are to grab something from the game. The Partenopei are determined to win the Scudetto and they have dropped no more than two points in the first half of the season. Maurizio Sarri’s men are likely to stick to their attacking style of play against Chievo and we predict that they are going to record their seventh consecutive away win in the national championship. Dries Mertens scored his 10th goal of the season in a 3-1 win over Sassuolo, meaning that the opposition defenders should have him at bay.
