Our football match prediction:
Empoli and Genoa, the two teams who sit in the danger zone in the Serie A standings, face each other at Stadio Carlo Castellani on Matchday 27. The Azzurri are on a three-game losing run in the Italian elite division and they are only seven points clear of the relegation zone at the moment. Giovanni Martusciello’s men recorded their last win in the national championship on January 22 and, no doubt, they are desperate to put an end to the negative trend. Genoa suffered a dip in form as well and, taking everything into account, both teams should be happy with one point from Sunday’s football game. The two teams played out a goalless draw at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris in the reverse fixture and we predict that the history is going to repeat itself. You should have in mind that under 2.5 goals were scored in each of their seven meetings in the Serie A.
